David Jones
Senior Associate
As Senior Associate for Taylor & Martin, David is responsible for new business across our 3 offices and assisting with operations management.
Having worked within the property sector for over a decade, David has gained considerable experience, knowledge and understanding of all facets of Property Factoring. His extensive experience, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and innovation, equips him to tackle complex challenges and deliver the highest level of service for our clients
Iain Campbell
Senior Associate
Iain joined T&M in 2016 and has seen the company go from strength to strength during this time. Iain has progressed from Trainee Property Manager, Property Manager, Team Leader and now occupies the role of Senior Associate with his main focus as an Operations Manager. Iain’s passion for factoring and for building and maintaining T&M’s reputation shines through in his work.
Lynsey Kelly
Senior Associate
Lynsey joined Taylor & Martin as a Senior Associate in 2022 with over three decades of experience in property management, she is an extremely skilled professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry and is a welcome asset to the company.
Throughout her career, Lynsey has successfully managed a diverse portfolio from substantial to small intricate developments.
Due to this experience within the industry she has developed exceptional communication and problem solving skills with a hands-on approach when assisting clients on a day to day basis.
Chloe Morrison
Senior Associate
Chloe joined Taylor & Martin as a Senior Associate in 2024; overseeing a small residential portfolio and managing a dedicated team of property managers in Glasgow. With 10 years of experience in property management, Chloe has in-depth industry knowledge and is passionate about providing best in class service to homeowners and driving excellence within the property management industry.

Josh Alexander
Senior Associate
As Senior Associate for Taylor & Martin, Josh is responsible for overseeing our East of Scotland factoring service. Josh has spent has over 10 years in the property management industry and has extensive experience managing a broad range of properties, including tenement buildings and modern developments, focusing on a customer-first approach to our bespoke factoring service.
Nic Mayall
Senior Associate
Nic Mayall is a seasoned professional in the Scottish property factoring industry, bringing over two decades of experience to his role as Senior Associate at Taylor & Martin. His leadership in the sector includes serving as President of the Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS), reflecting his commitment to advancing industry standards. Nic is also a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) and actively contributes to the IRPM Working Party Scotland.
At Taylor & Martin, Nic’s role focuses on refining current processes to enhance client experience and support new business growth in East Scotland. He is dedicated to promoting a transparent, service-driven approach to property management, ensuring that each development receives the personalised attention it deserves.

Craig Brown
Property Manager
Craig brings several years’ experience from a laboratory environment, responsible for leading a large team of technicians in a very busy and fast paced environment. Craig has developed a keen eye for detail, thorough working practices and a desire to get a correct result in the first instance.
Ross Baxter
Property Manager
Ross has a wealth of customer service experience as well as hands-on building experience. Ross enjoys communicating closely with his clients and bringing a personal touch to his portfolio.
Rachel Melville
Property Manager
As an archaeology and historic buildings conservation graduate, Rachel has a passion for the maintenance and preservation of Glasgow’s traditional buildings. After completing her studies, Rachel spent 5 years working in hospitality management where she honed her customer service and leadership skills. Rachel continued her career in property management by combining her background in archaeology and conservation with her management experience. Rachel brings a holistic approach to preserving and managing buildings whilst also ensuring they are operational and sustainable for years to come and helps maintain and manage properties with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
Zoe Randalls
Property Manager
Zoe joined Taylor & Martin from an Estate Agent within Glasgow’s West End/ Bearsden locale and also has a background in Design. Delivering a high level of customer service is a key driver for Zoe, along with building relationships with clients and offering a hands-on approach. Zoe has great attention to detail and a real enthusiasm for both property and architecture alike.
Hayley Potterton
Property Manager
Hayley joined our team of expert Property Managers at the end of 2023 and is responsible for managing a portfolio of well-established properties, delivering a high-quality factoring service to property owners, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Hayley is well experienced having previously worked for another property factor and is highly motivated, brings a proactiveness to the role and is incredibly approachable.
Gemma Clark
Senior Property Manager
Gemma joined us as a Senior Property Manager, to manage our East coast developments, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the factoring industry for over a decade. Prior to becoming a Property Manager, Gemma enjoyed her role as a property accounts manager. In March 2023, Gemma completed The Property Institute Factoring Diploma, accrediting her with her title as a Member of The Property Institute. Gemma has experience covering a diverse portfolio and continues to seek to go above and beyond in her day to day role.
Gemma has a vast amount of passion for property management and thrives on bringing a personal touch for her clients. Outside of work, Gemma enjoys hill walking, music and time with her family.
Sam Wigham
Property Manager
Sam is an experienced Property Manager, known for his dedication, efficiency, and excellent client relationships. With a strong background in property management, he previously worked in the lettings industry, overseeing rental properties, handling maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. His extensive experience in customer service, combined with his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, makes him a highly effective and reliable property manager. Bobbi Murray
Property Manager
Bobbi brings four years of experience in property management, having built her career from an administrative role to becoming a dedicated Property Manager. With a strong background in organisation and customer service, she is committed to delivering excellent support to homeowners and ensuring developments are well maintained.
As part of the Taylor & Martin team, Bobbi works closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues to manage properties efficiently and provide a high level of service. She enjoys the variety that comes with the role and takes pride in building strong relationships with homeowners.
Jack MacKinnon
Property Manager
Jack has two years of experience in factoring and several years in customer service, where he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. He holds a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh. Jack is an experienced professional with a proactive attitude and a friendly approach, making him highly effective in his role. He takes pride in managing and maintaining properties with exceptional care, focusing on both their long-term sustainability and building strong client relationships through a hands-on approach.

Rachel Mothersole

With over seven years of experience in the property management industry, Rachel has built a strong foundation in both Lettings and Factoring. Starting as an Admin Assistant and working up to the role of Property Manager, Rachel has developed a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art with a BA(Hons) in Interior Design, Rachel brings a creative perspective and a keen eye for detail to every project. Property Manager
With a strong background in Factoring Rachel brings 3 years of experience to Taylor & Martin. While working in the Factoring industry she has developed a wide range of experience and knowledge.

Duncan Monro
Property Manager
Duncan Joined the team in October 24, having worked in factoring since 2019. With a background of 20 years in customer service roles, alongside degrees in Law and Archaeology, he has a broad range of experiences on which to draw from. Friendly and helpful, Duncan manages a wide portfolio across the Edinburgh area, where he enjoys building positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Charlene Kyle
Property Manager
With over 11 years of experience in property factoring, Charlene brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role as Property Manager at Taylor & Martin. She began her career in high street banking before transitioning into factoring, where she built a strong foundation in Finance and Credit Control. Charlene later progressed to Property Manager and, before joining Taylor & Martin, played a key role in New Business as an Associate. Her extensive experience across multiple areas of the industry ensures she delivers exceptional service to homeowners and developments under her management.

Jessica Graham
Accounts Assistant
Joining the Taylor & Martin team from a previous role in debt collection, Jessica has a wealth of knowledge of accounting and finance and supports the wider accounts team from answering client queries, taking payments and liaising with contractors. Teamwork is a big part of her role, liaising with the property managers regarding their client’s accounts and having excellent customer service skills.
Mairead Wilkie
Administrator
Mairead is one of the newest members to the Taylor & Martin accounts and admin team having previously worked in hospitality covering various roles such as restaurant and hotel reception and office administration. Her current role requires an extremely high level of customer service and great organisational skills and includes taking payments, invoicing, and database management. Mairead enjoys her role as every day is different and it allows her to interact with all departments across the full Taylor & Martin team.
Luciano Pia
Accounts Manager
Previously a commercial client accountant, Luciano has worked in the sector for more than a decade. He assists the team with all aspects of billing, purchase ledger and maintaining the database to ensure accurate billing of quarterly charges to clients.
Alana Higgins
Credit Control Manager
Alana joined the team in November 2023 as Credit Control Manager. Alana brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, previously working for another property management company for 10 years and has over 30 years’ experience working in finance and credit control. As her role involves implementing processes associated with credit control and debt recovery, Alana’s previous experience means she can manage situations effectively and efficiently.
She enjoys the challenges that come with her role, building relationships with both clients and the rest of her team.
Anthony Jago
Client Accountant
As a Client Accountant at Taylor & Martin, Anthony ensures the smooth financial management of developments by overseeing accounts payable, managing utility contracts, and assisting clients with financial queries. He plays a key role in preparing, reconciling, and maintaining annual budgets while handling internal accounting corrections and database management.
With three years of experience in a similar role and a background in insurance at Markerstudy, Anthony brings a wealth of financial expertise. He works closely with property managers and staff to resolve internal accounting queries, supports quarterly billing and invoicing, and, most importantly, keeps the team entertained with his sharp wit.

Shona Fountain
Compliance and Contracts Manager
Shona has some 15 years’ experience working in the legal sector. An accredited landlord and member of SAL (Scottish Association of Landlords), Shona has been a vital part of the team since bringing her valuable knowledge of the legal issues surrounding factoring in-house.
Gordon McGlone
Insurance Manager
With 16 years of experience in insurance-related roles, including nearly nine years specialising in property factoring insurance, Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge to Taylor & Martin. He has progressed from an Insurance Advisor to an Insurance Manager, gaining extensive expertise in managing insurance services within the factoring sector.
As Insurance Manager, Gordon oversees the day-to-day running of Taylor & Martin’s insurance function, working closely with colleagues, contractors, insurance brokers, and insurers to ensure clients receive the best possible service. His role is varied and dynamic—no two days are the same—making it both a challenging and rewarding profession.
